About Us
Preserving Yesterday, Transforming Tomorrow
Kala Sampada is India’s leading heritage conservation and museum transformation partner. We combine conservation science, traditional knowledge, and digital innovation to safeguard cultural treasures and reimagine the future of museums.

Our Story
Founded in 2016 by Dr. Vandana Singh, Kala Sampada began as a specialized art conservation practice with expertise in metal conservation. Over the years, our work expanded to include painting and textile conservation, and today, we are proud to be part of one of the largest paper conservation projects in India with the National Archives of India.
In 2024, Kala Sampada entered a strategic partnership with Gallery Systems, becoming the exclusive Indian distributor of TMS Collections, the world’s most trusted collection management software. This milestone has enabled us to expand into museum consultancy and digital transformation, making us a true end-to-end solutions partner for museums and cultural institutions.
Mission
